Xinjiang Blue Ridge Tunhe Profile Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xinjiang Blue Ridge Tunhe Sci.&Tech. Co., Ltd. It is a mixed-ownership enterprise controlled by Xinjiang Investment and Development (Group) Co., Ltd., which is under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the autonomous region. The company is a modern technology enterprise specializing in the production of high weather-resistant colored, aluminum-plastic composite PVC energy-saving door and window profiles, PVC pipes, and high-performance PVC foam composite materials. It is a key high-tech enterprise under the National Torch Program and a national intellectual property pilot enterprise, as well as one of the important bases for high-performance general-purpose plastics in the autonomous region. The company has three production bases located in Changji City, Yining City, and Zepu County in the Kashgar region. It has introduced first-class production equipment from Germany, Austria, and China, and has established the most advanced fully automated dry-mix integrated processing center and extrusion workshop in the country. In response to diverse market demands, the company has developed eight major series with more than 300 types of mid-to-high-end profiles, meeting the needs of various climate conditions and architectural styles. In collaboration with well-known domestic and international research institutes, the company has developed a number of technologies and products with independent intellectual property rights, currently holding 33 patents, including 8 invention patents. It has undertaken 12 national and regional science and technology projects, among which its independently developed high weather-resistant profiles have won the National Building Materials Industry Technological Innovation Award, and its multi-seal energy-saving profiles have been recognized as “National Key New Products.”

The company’s annual production capacity for various PVC profiles, PVC pipes, and high-performance PVC foam composite materials can reach 100,000 tons, making it the largest, most advanced, and most comprehensive chemical building materials production base in Northwest China.

With over 20 years of industry production and technical experience, the company was the first in Xinjiang to pass the GB/T19001-2016 quality management system, GB/T24001-2016 environmental management system, and GB/T45001-2020 occupational health and safety management system certifications. It has successively established a profile testing center for doors and windows, an engineering technology research center for agricultural water-saving irrigation equipment, and an autonomous region-level enterprise technology center.
